About the Industries of the Future Community<\/h2><\/header>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/6″ offset=”vc_hidden-md vc_hidden-sm vc_hidden-xs”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]The Industries of the Future Community, coordinated by Eurecat and made up of 29 leading entities in the field of Catalan manufacturing, is working to consolidate a leading pole of innovation in efficient and sustainable manufacturing in Catalonia, through the creation of a network of capabilities and pilot plants that allow the cohesion of integral value chains around industrial R&D&I.<\/p>\n

The Industries of the Future Community carries out 5 strategic projects of applied research and industrial development during the period 2018-2021. They are all focused on the areas of industrial digitization, collaborative robotics, advanced processes and functional products.<\/p>\n
