Una vez obtenida esta polvo, lo han utilizado en sus procesos de <em>laser cladding<\/em> para obtener recubrimientos con un polvo fabricada en casa.<\/p>\n<p>Nos lo detalla en esta entrevista el <strong>responsable de Departamento de Investigaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica, Desarrollo e Innovaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica de TMCOMAS, el Doctor Jaume Nin.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"block-124673e4-3bfd-4214-b427-58bdef771d7c\" class=\"block-editor-block-list__block wp-block is-selected rich-text block-editor-rich-text__editable wp-block\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"textbox\" contenteditable=\"true\" aria-label=\"Escriu la cap\u00e7alera...\" aria-multiline=\"true\" data-block=\"124673e4-3bfd-4214-b427-58bdef771d7c\" data-type=\"core\/heading\" data-title=\"Cap\u00e7alera\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l ha sido la contribuci\u00f3n de TMCOMAS al proyecto?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\"><strong>TMCOMAS<\/strong><\/a> hemos establecido las especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas de los polvos a desarrollar para probarlas despu\u00e9s en nuestros procesos habituales. Todo ello, aportando siempre nuestro enfoque industrial y aprovechando nuestra experiencia a nivel metal\u00fargico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para usted, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es el principal avance del proyecto?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde mi punto de vista, el principal avance que se ha obtenido gracias al proyecto Fampai ha sido la fabricaci\u00f3n de polvo esferoidal de materiales t\u00e9cnicamente complejos, sobre todo en el caso del carburo de tungsteno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>Y el principal reto, \u00bfcu\u00e1l ha sido?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El principal reto ha sido esferoidizar el polvo de carburo de tungsteno con la t\u00e9cnica de plasma por microondas. Por otra parte, tambi\u00e9n lo ha sido el procesado l\u00e1ser de los polvos de material Babbitt, ya que requiere de un control de la potencia del l\u00e1ser que no es evidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El proyecto se ha focalizado en el conformado de piezas mediante pulvimetal\u00fargia y en el tratamiento y funcionalizaci\u00f3n de superficies mediante recubrimientos depositados por proyecci\u00f3n y por laser cladding. \u00bfQu\u00e9 usos tiene este proceso avanzado?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto al procesado mediante<em> laser cladding<\/em>, su principal uso es la obtenci\u00f3n de recubrimientos especiales sobre piezas esbeltas o de pared delgada, de forma totalmente automatizada y controlada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"678\" src=\"https:\/\/industriesdelfutur.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/laser-chading.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8438\" srcset=\"https:\/\/industriesdelfutur.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/laser-chading.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/industriesdelfutur.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/laser-chading-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/industriesdelfutur.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/laser-chading-768x509.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfA qu\u00e9 sectores y subsectores se puede aplicar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00e1sicamente, cualquier sector que necesite recubrimientos superficiales resistentes a la corrosi\u00f3n y al desgaste, o simplemente que necesite una recuperaci\u00f3n dimensional en una pieza cr\u00edtica.
