Why do we process your personal data?

The Web treats the data provided in the contact form will solely and exclusively be used to answer the Users’ queries and also treat data from the user navigation from the cookies installed and agreed by the users, the data relative about the users navigation habits shall be used to improve the Web contents and service. How long will we keep your personal data?

The personal data will be kept while the reason lasts for which they were provided, and their deletion or cancelation has not been requested by the user and for the maximum of two years from its consent.

What is the legal basis for processing users’ personal data?

The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent granted by accepting the personal data processing clause.

To whom will users’ data be disclosed?

The data may be disclosed to the “Industries del Futur” partners, you may consult the partners list at the Web’s Partners part. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, however EURECAT may have suppliers who may access to the data as per the services contracted. The access from the Eurecat’s suppliers will be under the agreement obligations an in any case the data shall not be rent, cede, sold, or treat for the supplier own purposes.

The data may be ceded in case of there is a legal obligation to do so without the user consent. If there is any intention to disclose them, the consent of the data subjects shall be obtained beforehand.

What are users’ rights regarding their personal data?

Users may exercise their right of access to their personal data and to request rectification of any incorrect data or, if need be, request deletion when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained. They may also request restriction, portability and objection to their data being processed under certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation.

They are also entitled to withdraw their consent at any time without this retroactively affecting the personal data processing carried out up to such time.

Users may exercise their aforementioned rights, according to the terms and conditions in the law in force, at the registered office of EURECAT or by submitting a request by email to legal@eurecat.org.

If they do not obtain a satisfactory reply and wish to file a claim or obtain further information about any of these rights, they may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es – C/ Jorge Juan, 6 in Madrid, Spain).

Automated decisions and data profiling

EURECAT informs, that the data shall not be submitted to automated decisions. In addition, de data shall be process for profiling treatment purposes in accordance with the cookies installed consented by the user, further information at the Cookies Policy

Are the data subject to international data transfers?

In principle the data are not subjected to international data transfers, however, EURECAT may have service suppliers whom develop or are located out of the European Economic Area. EURECAT shall ensure the data access or treatment by the service suppliers must be submitted fulfilling the legal basis regarding the international data treatment, that means the inclusion of the standard contractual clauses included in the agreements used with the service suppliers, or privacy certifications, both legal measures approved by the European Union.

Which security measures has the company implemented?

Fundación Eurecat hereby informs users that it has implemented the required technical and organisational security measures to ensure the security of users’ personal data and prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing and/or access according to the state of the art, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether due to a human action or physical or natural media, according to the provisions in the regulations in force.
